Gastronomy and Cafeteria
The project stems from the University’s need to have a multifunctional space that could not only be a restaurant but also a flexible and functional space for different activities related to the events of the overlooking Auditorium.
The concept sought and obtained was based on the creation of a space to be experienced in a different ways: study room, space for events and support for the Auditorium, not immediately recognizable as a place for dining. It was therefore necessary to maintain a formal cleanliness in all the furnishing elements: to obtain a neutral space related to the field of study.
